We will use your details to respond to your enquiry and to keep you informed of future Peace Crane services and news. However, your privacy is of prime importance to us. Your contact details will therefore never be shared with any third party or used for any other purpose.

Stock Availability

We always do our best to maintain good stock levels.  Whilst we do our utmost to avoid shortages, on occasions either due to high demand or an unexpected delay with our deliveries, shortages may unfortunately occur.  In this instance, please advise of your product requirements and we will endeavour to keep you well informed of estimated arrival times.

Orders

Orders placed will be dispatched upon receipt of full payment.  The cut-off time for which orders will be processed is 12 noon.  Orders received by this time will be processed and dispatched the same day (subject to stock availability).  Orders received after 12 noon will be processed the following working day.  We are unable to process orders at weekends or on Bank Holidays.  Any orders placed during these times will be processed on the first working day thereafter.

Payment

All payments are processed securely through our PayPal system giving our customers the choice of making payment either via PalPal or by debit or credit card.

Delivery

Goods will be dispatched to the address you specify on your order.  We aim to deliver to the UK Mainland within 3 to 5 days of processing your order.  We shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods.  Our delivery charges may vary from time to time, however, we always aim to keep our delivery charges to a minimum.  For delivery of our products we use the service of Royal Mail and also a reputable Courier company to ensure your parcels arrive in good time and in great condition.  All parcels require a signature upon receipt.  Should there be any reason that you are unable to accept delivery of the goods, you will be advised accordingly of how to obtain them by note of the delivery company.

Non Delivery

In the instance of not receiving your delivery in the expected time frame, please contact us with your order details so we can pursue this query with our delivery services.

Returns Policy

If a product is supplied in error, is incomplete or there is a defect in the quality or condition of the goods, please contact us within 30 days and we will issue a full refund upon receipt and inspection of the returns goods.  Goods must be returned in their original packaging.  We are not responsible for any consequential loss or damage incurred.

Descriptions and Accuracy of Content

We have ensured that our products have been photographed and described to the best of our ability.  Please note that any dimensions given are approximate only and that the images provided may differ very slightly due to the handmade quality of many of our products.

The Peace Crane endeavours to provide an all round excellent service with a smile.  If for any reason you are unsatisfied please contact us immediately for assurance that a solution to any issue can be found and quickly and easily remedied.
